Retail Customer Service Co-Ordinator
The role will be to support the Operations, E Commerce and Sales teams with day to day high quality online customer service.
To support the operations team to deliver brilliant, world class and efficient customer service promoting our brand to new and existing customers by giving them a consistent, unique and quality customer service experience to service level plans and budget, facilitating day to day servicing of customer queries, order processing of online orders, management of the internal returns facility, including sample stocks and stock reconciliation records, analysis of returns and recurring queries to deliver customer friendly solutions within internal service level agreements.
