Sun-San & Salt-Water Sandals that are purchased online from our webstore can be returned within 28 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the amount of the purchase. Upon receiving your returned Sandals at our warehouse, a refund for the amount of the purchase will be issued to you within 14 business days. This refund will be issued to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards. All merchandise must be returned unused and accompanied by the original box and packaging.
If you’re looking to return a pair of sandals purchased from our webstore please fill out the form you received with your order including the order number and use the FREEPOST label *UK Mainland only. Take your parcel to the post office and send it back to us.
Please note that all returns must be returned in the original shoe box with external packaging. If your return is received with a damaged shoe box you will have a £5.00 deduction on your refund to cover the costs of repackaging..

We cannot accept responsibility/reimburse for any lost or damaged items so please do use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage.

Once your Sandals have been despatched you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please use this email to track your package. If you are not home when delivery is attempted our courier company (DPD or UPS) will leave a calling card for you to pick up or rearrange delivery. They will then hold the package for 5-7 days, When it is not collected it is then returned to the Salt-Water returns office.
Should we need to resend a package that has been held and sent back to us we will charge you the delivery fee again.
Your right to cancel as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations allows you to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. However a delivery can only be cancelled if it does not have an assigned tracking number for shipping. If your order has already been processed and is in transit, it is not eligible for cancelled delivery. In this case, your return/cancellation must be requested once the order has arrived.
Salt-Water Sandals EU does not provide direct exchanges. Please see the Returns process outlined below for more information. You may place a new order at any time for a different item.
If you have received a faulty pair/s of sandals please contact us via the contact us form and explain the problem. Likewise if you have received an item in error that was not ordered. In this case only we will refund postage costs accrued to remedy the problem
• We do not offer free returns for any items brought over a promotional period. Any items brought in a sale or over a promotional period that need to be returned will have to be returned to us at your own cost unless faulty. If there are any issues/faults with your item please contact us via the contact us form so we can assess and get this sorted for you .

Do not use the shoe box as outer packaging as it is counted as part of the sold unit. At this time we are unable to send to every ROW country.
