All deliveries will require a signature. We deliver door to door not person to person so please make sure there is a trustworthy person at your stated address to accept your order. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will endeavour to ensure you receive a note that the Products have been returned to our premises or being held by the delivery company, and in either case, you will need to rearrange delivery.
- UK mainland deliveries are sent whenever possible Door to Door Courier (24 hours from the point the parcel is picked up from our depot) *a signature is required
- Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands & Ireland will be by Special Delivery trackable (3 days) *a signature is required
- International European deliveries are shipped via Courier : a signature is required. This service starts at £10
- International orders are shipped via Courier : a signature is required. This service starts at £12
All purchases for delivery to mainland UK are £6.00 up to 4 kilos (4000g)
In the UK we try to deliver your sandals next day delivery if we receive your order before Midday. Next day delivery includes any number of pairs up to 4 kilos. If we receive your order before midday on a Friday it will be processed on the next working day (Monday). If we receive your order after Midday on a Thursday then it will be processed for pick up by the courier on Friday afternoon. Delivery will be next working day: Monday. We have not offered Saturday delivery as our customers have to pay a high premium for this service.
Please note during national holiday periods (Easter / Christmas / Bank Holidays) delivery and dispatch will be slower. Our warehouse and all Courier services also deserve a break with their families and often we rely on a skeleton staff of eager beavers. The cost for sending out our dispatches is based on using trackable services NOT on providing next day although that is most often the case.
Sun-San & Salt-Water Sandals that are purchased online from our webstore can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. Upon receiving your returned Sandals at our warehouse, a refund for the amount of the purchase will be issued to you within 28 business days. This refund will be issued to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards.
UK Mainland Customer Returns
If you’re looking to return a pair of sandals purchased from our webstore please fill out the form you received with your order including the order number and use the FREEPOST label *UK Mainland only. Take your parcel to the post office and send it back to us.
EU Customer Returns
We are unable to offer the Free Returns service to Europe or further afield. In the case of a return we ask that you fill out the form you received with your order and send it via a recorded delivery service back to us at:

We cannot accept responsibility/reimburse for any lost or damaged items so please do use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Your right to cancel as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations allows you to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. However a delivery can only be cancelled if it does not have an assigned tracking number for shipping. If your order has already been processed and is in transit, it is not eligible for cancelled delivery. In this case, your return/cancellation must be requested once the order has arrived.
Salt-Water Sandals EU does not provide direct exchanges. Please see the Returns process outlined below for more information. You may place a new order at any time for a different item.
If you have received a faulty pair/s of sandals please contact us via the contact us form and explain the problem. Likewise if you have received an item in error that was not ordered. In this case only we will refund postage costs accrued to remedy the problem
All merchandise must be returned unused and accompanied by the original box and packaging. Please make sure you try on your shoes on a carpeted area. We will not accept returned shoes that are marked on the sole. The condition of the product is left to the discretion of Salt-Water. All returned items must include the original packing slip as well as filled out returns form that was included in the original package. Do not use the shoe box as outer packaging as it is counted as part of the sold unit. At this time we are unable to send to every ROW country. If you cannot find your country in the address drop down list please email us via the contact us form and we can confirm whether we are able to dispatch to a personal address and provide a shipping quote.
