Sun-San & Salt-Water Sandals that are purchased online from our webstore can be returned
Upon receiving your returned Sandals at our warehouse, a refund for the amount of the purchase will be issued to you within 14 business days. This refund will be issued to the same payment method that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards. All merchandise must be returned unused and accompanied by the original box and packaging.
We do not offer direct exchange. Customers have to cancel the initial order and re-order through the website and await a refund on the initial pairs.

We cannot accept responsibility/reimburse for any lost or damaged items so please do use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage.
UK Additional Information
All merchandise must be returned unused and accompanied by the original shoe box and packaging. If your return is received with a damaged shoe box you will have a £5.00 deduction on your refund to cover the costs of repackaging.
Please make sure you try on your shoes on a carpeted area. We will not accept returned shoes that are marked on the sole. The condition of the product is left to the discretion of Salt-Water.
All returned items must include information on the order (full name/email address/order number/items returned/reason for return) for your refund to be processed. For this, we ask that you fill out the form you received with your order.
Do not use the shoe box as outer packaging as it is counted as part of the sold unit.
