Wondering how to return Salt-Water Sandals?

Sun-San & Salt-Water Sandals that are purchased online from our webstore can be returned within 28 days of purchase.

Please note, this is reduced to 14 days if purchased through a promotional period.

The cost of the return is your responsibility and we would suggest using a trackable / recorded service. Please send all returns to:

We cannot accept responsibility for, or reimburse any lost or damaged items so please do use a traceable service and keep your proof of postage.

Please note, in order to receive a refund, any non-faulty sandals you return must be received in an unworn, as you received them, condition.

Please make sure you first try on your sandals on a carpeted area as we will not accept returned shoes that are marked on the sole. The condition of the product is left to the discretion of Salt-Water.

For your refund to be processed your order information must be included with your returned items. Please provide your full name, email address, order number, list of items returned, and the reason for your return. For this, we ask that you fill out the form you received with your order. If you no longer have this form, you can simply include a note with the above information.

Do not use the shoe box as outer packaging as it is considered part of the sold unit and must also be included with your returned sandals.

Upon receiving your returned Salt-Water Sandals at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to you within 14 business days.

We can only refund the cost of the item(s) purchased, excluding any shipping and postage costs. This refund will be issued to the same payment option that was used to make the original purchase.

We cannot refund different accounts or payment options. All merchandise must be returned unused and accompanied by the original box and packaging.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers have to cancel the initial order and re-order through the website and await a refund on the initial purchase.

As stated above, all sandals must be returned unused and accompanied by the original shoe box and packaging. If your return is received with a damaged shoe box you will have a €5.00 deduction on your refund to cover the costs of repackaging.
