Delivery

Across Asia we offer a range of services including Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, Free Shipping in Singapore, and Free Delivery over $80 and SGD$120 across the rest of South East Asia.

We offer a door-to-door service (not regular mail) and there must be someone at the address in normal working hours to receive the delivery. Sometimes a work address is a better option for this reason. We will deliver the package to the address but not person-to-person, so please guarantee a trusted person will be there to receive the package.

We ask that all special delivery is ordered pre 11am for same day despatch.

For regular mail, postage final costs will be worked out at checkout dependant on postcode/address/weight/and dimentions.

Domestic (Singapore)

- Up to 4kg free delivery through Teleport (2-4 day delivery).

- Above 4kg and less than 5kg free delivery through Singpost (2-4 day delivery)

International

We offer cheaper Shippit options for all countries:

Singapore to Hong Kong: 8-10 days 

Singapore to Indonesia: 4-16 days 

Singapore to Macau SR China: 8-10 days

Singapore to Malaysia: 4-11 days

Singapore to Taiwan: 4-10 days  

Singapore to Thailand: 4-7 days 

Singapore to Vietnam: 4-10 days

For a quicker delivery (1-2 days) we also offer DHL options with some Free Shipping options over 2 or more items.

Final delivery costs will be calculated at checkout using your address, postcode, item weight and dimensions. 

Deliveries during the holidays

Please note during national holiday periods (Easter/Christmas/Bank Holidays) delivery and despatch will be slower. Our warehouse and all Courier services also deserve a break with their families and often we rely on a skeleton staff of eager beavers.

Deliveries during sales and promotions

Please note that orders placed during sales and promotions can have slightly delayed deliveries. Rest assured you will receive your sandals.

We do not accept any returns of products or offer exchanges of products bought from our E Commerce site over a promotional period unless faulty.
